Originally owned by Mike "sticky" Glue and named "Jack of Herts" she was sold to and is currently owned by Lindsay Muir and Graham Hallett who renamed her "Tacky Jack". 

The balloon is on permanent loan to Martin and Sandy to be used at inflation days to ensure that 'she' can continue to be enjoyed for years to come.
