This balloon was donated to the collection by Paul Stapley.  The balloon has carried artwork for Debenhams and Webbs, but this has now been removed.  Paul purchased this balloon from the "Silhouette Balloon Group" and tells us that in it's latter years was used as a backdrop in a car advert filmed in the Hangers at Elstree aerodrome.

The balloon will be used for inflation days to ensure that 'she' can continue to be enjoyed for years to come.
